Get in touch
You can contact the Calcul TVA team at hello@calcul-tva.be.
The website is published by Qreative SRL. You can find publisher details on the legal information page.
The sections below explain which details will help us look into your report. A fictional example is enough: there is no need to send your actual invoice.
Report a calculation or usability problem
If a result appears incorrect, please include the details needed to reproduce the calculation:
- The amount entered and the VAT rate selected.
- The direction of the calculation: adding VAT or removing it from a VAT-inclusive price.
- The result displayed and the result you expected.
- The address of the relevant page and, for a display issue or a problem with a function such as copying, the browser you are using.
For an invoice with multiple lines, an anonymised example with a few lines is usually enough to reproduce a discrepancy. Avoid sending an actual invoice containing names, addresses, account numbers or other confidential information.
You can also check the rounding convention and the calculator’s limits in our calculation methodology.
Request a content correction
Provide the address of the relevant page, the passage that needs reviewing and, if available, a link to the official source and its date. For an older transaction, please also specify the period concerned: a current rule does not necessarily describe the treatment of a past transaction.
This contact address is for reporting editorial or technical errors. It is not a tax advisory service and cannot certify a tax treatment, invoice or return.
Your information and what happens to your message
Sending an email is voluntary and separate from using the calculator. Your email application and the services that deliver the message process the information you choose to send.
The website does not collect calculator inputs to attach them automatically to a message. You can send a fictional example that reproduces the problem. Relevant corrections are described in the update log; we do not promise a response time or routinely publish every exchange.
